Oscar Arias

 

In 1987, Oscar Arias, president of Costa Rica, leads the peace accord that brings the war in Central America – the last battlefield of the Cold War – to an end. An effort that was later recognized with the Nobel Peace Prize. This is a documentary about the life of the man who charted the path for the pacification of Central America.
